How do I make a booking?

To make a booking just search for your destination from the list filtered by Area, Cities, Post codes, Airports, Seaports & Railway Stations. If your destination is not listed you may directly visit the booking page and specify your details in the booking form and get you car(s) booked.

 

Do I have to book in advance?

We do honor Last minute bookings. But we strongly recommend booking in advance.

 

How do I know if my booking is confirmed?

You should receive a verification call as soon as we receive your online request of your booking within 12 hours (45minutes for urgent bookings). In case you do not receive any response from us as above mentioned wait time we request you to contact us to confirm if we have received your booking request.

 

How do I meet my driver at the airport?

The simplest way to meet your driver is with the Meet & Greet service. Customers that prefer to avail ‘Meet & Greet’ service can find their driver at the airport information desk holding a name-board at the arrivals hall. This service costs £6 + waiting time and car-park costs respectively.

 

The other way is where you may give us a call as soon as you’re ready to leave and the driver shall call you on the provided contact phone number.

 

What happens if my flight arrives late?

We check all Heathrow flight timings in case of late or early arrivals, your driver will be there in time.
If you have any doubts, you can always request a later pickup time.

 

 

Method of Payment?

There are 3 ways that you can pay for your journey:

1. Cash – You may pay by Cash (GBP) directly to the driver.

2. We honor Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Maestro – Credit /Debit cards.

3. PayPal – We do accept PayPal payments.
